By accessing or using StayInContacts ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

StayInContacts is a contact management service that helps keep your device's address book up to date by syncing changes shared by your connections.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using StayInContacts, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Account and Authentication
You may sign in using third-party authentication providers, such as Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and any activity that occurs under it.
5. Permissions
To function properly, the Service may request access to your device's address book and notifications. Granting these permissions is optional, but some features may not function without them.

You agree to use StayInContacts only for lawful purposes. You will not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages, upload or transmit malicious code, attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or misuse other users' contact information.
7. Invitations
When you invite someone to StayInContacts, you confirm you have the right to contact that person. Invitations may be sent via SMS or email using the information you provide. Invitation data for non-users is processed temporarily and deleted after delivery or account creation.
8. Privacy and Data Handling
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. StayInContacts uses end-to-end encryption for contact data within the Service, and we cannot access or view that data.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software related to StayInContacts are the property of the company and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
10. Advertising
The Service may display advertisements provided by third parties, such as Google AdSense. We do not control the content of these ads.
